1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused.
  • In original condition.
  • In the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  •  Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Delivered Orders

Refunds are not guaranteed for orders marked as successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier and email us at orders@chicamor.com with all relevant details.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
