Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 1–6 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation email.

5. Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

CHICAMOR is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incomplete, incorrect, or missing address information provided by the customer.

8. Marked as Delivered

If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service first.

If necessary, we may request additional documentation related to the missing package before reviewing replacement eligibility.

Refunds are not guaranteed for orders marked as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

9. Duties & Taxes

We currently ship only within the United States. Therefore, customers are generally not subject to import duties or customs fees.
